How does it work?

Note: The purpose of this site is so you can show your proofs to your clients and to the public.  We do not provide any printing services.  Printing is the photographer's responsibility.  There are several printers in the San Antonio area that provide same day or next day service.

1. Sign up for a photographer account
2. Enter information into your profile.  You must include a telephone number and address so you can be contacted directly.
3. Start uploading pictures in public galleries or password protected galleries.  You may use the default pricing structure or you can set your own pricing to your photos.
4. Give your clients the website address for viewing proofs.
5. Clients can place orders through the website.
6. Clients will be able to automatically download the digital version of images they order.
7. Every print order will be emailed to you.
8. Important to know - When clients and website visitors order your photos, you are responsible for fulfilling the order.  The agreement is between you and your client or website visitor wishing to purchase your photos.  This includes having the photos printed professionally and shipping.  Shipping charges are added to the order when the client selects that option.
9. Every photographer is responsible for printing and shipping photos to clients.  There are a few companies here in San Antonio to use.  If you don't have one, we can recommend one.  We set the site up this way so each photographer does not have to rely on an outside print source.  You can use your own preferred printing company.  You must ship the order as soon as possible.
10. 82% commission of every order is sent to your paypal account. This includes the 2.9% paypal fee for the customer's order.  We request a small % to allow us to keep the site online and maintained.  The totals are figured from the profit of each order.  Totals are figured after coupons have been applied.
